Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Perfect Payroll's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Perfect Payroll provides payroll processing and tax compliance services, including:
- Payroll calculation and processing
- Tax withholding and filing
- Direct deposit services
- Employee self-service portal
- Reporting and compliance management

Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Submit payroll data in a timely manner
- Review and approve payroll before processing
- Maintain adequate funds for payroll and tax obligations

- Notify us promptly of any changes affecting payroll
- Pay fees according to the agreed schedule
Payment Terms

Intellectual Property
All software, systems, and materials provided by Perfect Payroll remain our property. You receive a limited license to use our services during the term of your agreement.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in [Your State] and be governed by [Your State] law.
Changes to Terms
